All the lamentations sermons are now available to download or listen to online – just head over to the sermons section of the site to find them. The series is 5 sermons working through the book of lamentations, you can also listen or read the associated bible passages that each sermon is based on.
If you don’t have access to the sermons section – please register on the site and contact vince to get access.
Next Sunday is Remembrance Sunday (08/11/2009).
Please be in your seats by 11am at the latest, so we can observe 2 minutes silence for our time of remembrance.
Allow plenty of time for parking which can be difficult if the rugby club is busy.
OMF are putting on a morning conference in St Mark’s Church on November 14th. Special focus on Japan and the Philippines.
Breakfast is provided but bring your own lunch!

The next session of the Knitting group is tomorrow (02/11/2009) in the church, 7pm till 9pm. There is a £2 charge. Its a relaxed evening – knitting, chat, tea and cake.
Bring your own knitting project with you – and bring a friend or just come yourself.
Donations of spare wool are welcome as stocks are a bit low at the moment – please see Antonia!
Alex will be in Coffee #1 in Wellfield Road from 13:00 till 15:00 on Wednesday 23rd. Your welcome to come and have a cuppa but make sure you come to the right Coffee #1! Theres another one on Albany Road!
By popular demand we’re having our next Week of Prayer in the week commencing 21st September. On the Monday, Wednesday and Friday we’ll be meeting at 07:30 till 08:15. On Tuesday and Thursday its 10:00 till 10:45.
Please come and pray at least once.
Antonia’s knitting session is next Saturday, from 10:00 till 12:00. Cake, patterns and needles provided!
Antonia is short of wool so please bring some if you have any spare.
